Taken in near darkness, I had to increase the ISO to 400 in order to avoid a four minute exposure. It is very silky milky but I liked the contrast this created against Snowdonian granite
Hope it works for you and thanks for looking.

Thanks guys. I jumped out of my skin when in the near darkness a voice asked me why I was taking a picture in the dark. A young man carrying a toddler had taken the walk up from the car park to try and get his kid to sleep. He told me it was a tried and tested method of his, being local. How a thundering torrent sends a toddler to sleep I'll never understand ![]()

Thanks Geoff

I was lucky that the tree was there to break up the uniformly nondescript skyline.

You get away with this silky milky waterfall, just this once.

wow. a magic shot, looks like the weather could also stop you. the grey and the autumn colours make a fantastic contrast
Thanks a lot. Pleased tbe composition has gone down well because much of the rest is about the particular conditions encountered at the time.

stunning shot I love the milky ness ( if thats a word, lol )
Thanks. It was more milky than I wanted but that was dictated by the light levels and I think the contrast works ok. Thanks, my friends vor your valued feedback.
