This tiny moth, with its lovely red eye, gave me the runaround for ages, but I finally managed to get it to sit still long enough for a few captures.

You've found another micro moth, Carol, and I was thinking that perhaps it was agriphila straminella, but am unsure.
You might like to look here, to see some "snouth moths", but it's not easy to ID. Karen's "grass moth" will do
.
This moth reminds me of Donnie Darko, those red eyes are amazing.
What a splendid creature. So glad s/he decided to cooperate in the end.
