The evening light wasn't the best at the coast so I hung around after dark to try some long exposures.

It was so dark when I took this that I had to use my phone to time the exposure instead of looking at the dial on top of the camera.

I quite light the subtle lighting on the far left coming from the mainland at Whitley Bay.

Excellent photograph, I feel the subtle lights of Whitley Bay help to balance the rest of the the photograph, without them the composition wouldn't have worked so well. Very well taken.
