Something I created yesterday morning before heading off to my PTSD group meeting around midday. From that moment to this moment is somewhat of a blank. Julie informed me that I had quite a horrendous seizure at around 1:30 pm whilst attending my PTSD group session. Thus I was unable to view a lot of images. Today will be used to catch up, and try to bring my self round.

Thanks you for the most grateful comments and votes following yesterdays upload. A big thank you to Dave (White Rose) for his suggestions

Worryingly for you, whern I saw this photo, I thought a good title would be " A Light Lunch."
