Well this photo was taken on my first 'photo walk' with the Wymondham Photographic Society about a week ago. I took numerous shot and have tackled a few in photoshop. This is one of my favourites and have played with it to get it to the point where I am happy.
Not much more to say on this but thank you for looking and I hope you enjoy! As usual all comments and critique are very appreciated.

Its a beauty - wonderful golden lit building and I particularly like the golden tones coming through the bridge and those shadows from the left - hope we see some more from your walk soon

Silver and gold on black works very well, Matt. Lots of lead in lines and the receding patterns of light on the boards take you to the Cathedral. You've also got a strong off-set composition. I'm not sure I would describe this as minimal as there's so much of interest held within. All in all, a very good capture.

Excellent low light image.. Great POV, strong lines and shadows, like the way the golden light of the spire is echoed under the bridge. Top class shot!
