using revers ring to shoot this photo.. on aperture value. lens 18-55mm. flash on.. focusing dist 5inch, focus set on 24mm.. aperture manually done by hand i kept around f-8. i want to much better than this any suggestion ples..

i think this is very good , never tried the reversing ring , but this has worked great , maybe to improve the image you could have tried focus stacking to get a greater dof , not sure how easy this can be done with the gear your using, might need a focus rail , nice shot

Pretty good and excellent sharpness from a zoom. You are just a touch under exposed. Brighten things up just a bit.
