A back lit euphorbia taken in my garden this afternoon. v2 is the same flower but with a tighter crop as I wasn't sure whether the flower in the bottom right hand corner in v1 was too much of a distraction.
Thanks for looking and for your time. Hope you have enjoyed some sunshine today.

Superb colour and lighting in these two images, Ann, a difficult flower to capture well, but you have certainly succeeded in fine style Smile Carol

These are lovely flowers aren't they and you've captured them beautifully. I think of the two images I prefer the second, but both are very well executed.

V1 for me - off-centre placement, a bit more of the background's dark mystery. Gorgeous light and colour.

Yes, V2 for me as well, Ann.
The lime light is wonderful in this shot. That back lighting makes this blossom absolutely glow. I like the bokeh as well.
Nicely done.

I think the composition works better in V2 for me Ann. The light glowing through the petals works beautifully against the black background.

I'm not a mad keen lover of greens but this is the exception Ann, V2 for me the better composition fro me. Love the light and the shallow focus, you keep finding something new that you do well.
