A corner of another room-Kitchen.
I always like local museums, and I try to visit them wherever I go.. they tell me a lot about local people's life in the past....and perhaps it was the past made what we are today. Is the logic right?
Thanks for visiting with me

A most interesting display and well taken, though it does remind me of the passage of time!. When I was a wee lad, during WW2, our kitchen looked almost identical to this including the clothes dryer hanging from the ceiling, but not the voluminous garments!!

I love visiting old houses and mansions like this and getting a glimpse of how life must have been for the owners and retainers.
Another fine detailed shot of the kitchen premises, plastic (?) loaf straight out of the oven![]()
and smalls hanging overhead.

Lovely shot. We have a range like that in the cellar, though a much more decrepit and rusty version.
Wonderful! My mum had one of those overhead airers and I've often felt that I'd like one even today.
