Seasons greetings to you all.
I recently begun shooting in RAW and am starting to get to grips with the basics.
Here's one of my better attempts at playing with the tones and colours etc
Raw is so versatile and not too difficult to learn, i love how you can totally transform
an image...so much more so than in photoshop alone. Cant believe i never thought of trying this before!
I've also included the original so you can see the difference.
Thanks to everone who took the time to comment and click on my recent uploads, much
appreciated ![]()
Best wishes for christmas and the new year

Excellent work in V1. RAW is worth the effort, particularly if you want to exploit light and all its wonderful tricks.

Quote: All the best to you too Ricky, agree with Sandy re getting the tonal balance between these too the purple foreground say you have pushed a little too far

Had the same thought about the purple.
There's no looking back now you have begun to dabble in the world of RAW. Look forward to seeing you progress on.
