This was taken at my very first photo shoot for a lingerie department. I converted to black and white although the colour looks good aswell.

Have to agree here, i don't think the lingerie works in black and white - it doesn't look sexy or desirable and i think the pose has something to do with that as well. If the model has a small bust you need to accentuate what she has so the lingerie looks like it's flattering the figure - this pose is flat on to the camera and makes it looks worse.
