Lisianthus taken yesterday indoors on the window sill , black card for b/g and natural light through window. As usual cropped and framed on picnik. Hope you like it.Smile
Only just noticed the date has gone haywire, didn't even have the camera in 2008Grin

Once again sorry for only clicking on a lot of your uploads but not had much 'spare' time this week Smile

Thank you all for your c&cs on my previous upload 'For My Dad' and for you time. Much appreciated. My Dad would be 'made up'Smile
Take care, hope you all have a great weekend

White blooms are not the easiest to capture with fine detail and petal texture, but your well tried method has worked very well for you, Pauline: the black b/g which I feel works well with single blooms has allowed the flower to stand out as if in 3D.
Ronnie.

Yes, Ronnie has said it all, let me just add that you POV makes the twirl in the flower look like a cream cone, only with a lovely silky texture!
