Now that is well sharp, Ed. The focal length seems to be sharper than when fully stretched to 500.

This has got to be one of your best ever photos - I actually saw it in somebody else's portfolio
this morning and thought I haven't seen that one of ED's.
I love the beautiful white egret standing out so well against the dark twigs.
