Finally managed to get up and out early(ish) a couple of weeks ago after the months of rain.To nab the local Owls the light is right for such a small window in time and it was a bit too bright here at 7.30 a.m.
Nearly missed this one though ...it was watching ME as I tried to get the other family members.....but just before I gave up it fluffed up and shook itself and I finally saw it - flat against the trunk.
