The sweetest of nature...this little owl posed for us so contentedly

Taken at the Barn Owl centre in Hempsted Glous.
a fantastic day with so much help offered from each other

but special thanks to Val and Vince for arranging
would recommend this experience to you all
V2 and V3 some that shared the day...more to come.

A message from Trev he is a 'little better' and was going to his son's wedding yesterday
and hopes soon to have the operation...sends his thanks to you and good wishes for your thoughts

My thanks to Kathryn and Peter for your awards yesterday...appreciated

Off to Arundel Wetlands today to meet up with Bob, Barbara and John..
anyone going?

Lillian

Obviously the model in V1 is by far the most beautiful but in 2 & 3 they are showing off their fine feathers nicely too.

I read a really bad review on the Barn Owl Centre.........the owner blamed the visitors for the problems and he himself was rather rude to the people...........SadSad

Good to hear that news about Trev, Lillian: and a fine shot of that wee owl in V 1, well picked out from the surroundings with that telephoto lens and wide aperture.

When out walking in the wilds the other day I could hear owls....
But no way could I find them with the camera.

I'm glad you decided to lead with Willow in v1, he's so photogenic. I think i recognise that ruffian in v2, it is none other than my Uncle Adie aka the "Tomcat" or "lagerboy", it makes a change to see him without his Crocodile Dundee hat, did he leave it at home? It looks like a good time was had by all, very pleasing to hear the news regarding Trev, I look forward to more installments from your Birds of Prey day.
