Hmmm, one of those titles..

No idea why but the image makes me think of Batman, i really have no idea regards the psychology of the Little Owl itself and would not wish to cast aspersions upon the matter.

Those that have been on my own tuition days or seen my 'how to' guide will know that i do not generally use Photoshop or such, preferring to get the image right in camera wherever possible.

However, as evidenced, i will occasionally find an image that i think might benefit from a little work and it is normally then quite obvious..

Have to say regards the subject itself that having attended workshops etc at a considerable number of birds of prey centres etc i have never seen a Little Owl flown before - this one courtesy of John Wright's new workshop in Northumberland last week.

do be as brutal as you like, i am never going to improve without genuine feedback

Great shot - intriguing light helps to make it for me.

An extremely good example of in-flight wildlife photography full of natural colour, detail and beautiful light.

Never seen an 'in flight' shot of the Little Owl. This is superb although I might have wished for a slightly less heavy BG.

I do like the image great detail...
I think B/G a bit to close to owls colours so it lacks punch to the image.
Great camera control...
