Morning all. This little chap is a Tokay Gecko - from Angi's macro day. The second largest of the gecko species, the Tokay is a nocturnal arboreal reptile. They are solitary creatures and only come together for mating purposes. The Tokay is extrememly territorial and will attack anything else in it's territory. When they bite, they hang on for a long time, and can be as long as an hour. For a reptile, they have an extremely hard bite - due to the fact they need to be able to crush hard shelled beetles. This little chap was certainly vocal and feisty. Thanks for C&Cs on yesterday's upload.

"Hey, ma, look at me"
Lovely expression and pose, Moira, and a great colour too.

Great timing, excellent expression caught beautifully here.
I'd stay well clear of this colourful beastie, Angi has some marvellous creatures, a joy to see them.
