This I hope I have correctly identified as Loch Achtriochtan in Glencoe. Apologies to all the Scottish people if I am wrong. Taken just over a fortnight ago en route to Skye. Lots of snow still about even if it was a beautiful Spring like day although the temperature was only about 2 C.The old fellow was clearing something with a spade and then left with his collie dog back to a lovely house just out of the shot. Many thanks as usual for recent clicks and comments etc. Apologies to Trooper, Cormar, and Ronnie AG for taking off yesterday's upload after they had clicked. Best viewed LARGE at F 11 .....Phil

Hi Phil, I agree with Andy and Colin that viewing 'large' is essential to appreciate the fine detail in this attractively composed and very well exposed shot. I think you are absolutely right in your identification of the loch. This is a lovely image which I could keep coming back to.
Regards, Ronnie.

Achtriochtan it is, you just missed a T, we'll let you off this time. Nice image from down here at the foot of Glencoe.
