Getting frustrated by Friday on my trip to Scotland it was a do or die day.

While driving to Fort William from Glencoe I was attracted to this old abandoned jetty and saw potential.

Fleeting bits of light did happen every once in a while but I decided the user of a big stopper was well needed.

The exposure ended up being about 2 and a half minutes allowing the loch to completely smooth out and the clouds to drift into a blur.

I was actually quite happy with the end result because I can't usually make big stopper images that work in colour so this was a bonus.
