Another view from Craigie Fort looking north up the length of Loch Lomond to The Arrochar Alps and Ben Lomond, and again taken on 2nd. March 2010. Much of the loch is covered in a thin layer of ice.

(Many thanks yet again to all who viewed my last upload and for all comments, which are always so much appreciated)

The warm fg belies the actual temperature at water level which keeps the ice there. Rannoch Moor is still shrouded in ice and snow. The Lochan covered in footprints.

Crigie Fort is obviously a magnificent viewpoint for Loch Lomond (I've never been there Sad) and you have made the most of it with these shots you got that perfect day Ronnie, Scotland in all her grandeur indeed!
