Morning all. A quick upload and a hope to catch up later. The iconic view of Loch Shiel and the Jacobite monument. Had to climb a wee bit to get this one, but those views are spectacular. and worth every breathless moment Grin. It is one of those views that make you actually catch your breath as you turn around and see it. We have such a beautiful country. Thanks for C&Cs on yesterday's upload.

The view down the loch here is historic and iconic. Bonnie Prince Charlie arrived here in a rowing boat and the Jacobite Rebellion started soon after.

LOvely capture .This is such a special place !
(Glenfinnan station was the stop for LochAilort . Duncan came to visit me and they took the last carriage off the train at Fort William with all his camping gear in it !!!! Eventually the tent etc got thrown off the next train for him !) Cooking at the campsite was tortuous with all the midgies !!!
