My search for the perfect lone tree continues. Here's one, complete with a few crop circles, from a field near Oundle.
Thanks for looking.

A simple and very effective piece Dave, where are all the 'holiday snaps' though?
Dave
Clever title Dave, and it never ceases to amaze me how splitting a pic up into three pieces more often than not gives a result that adds up to more than the sum of it's constituent parts.
This may not be the perfect lone tree but I have an inkling that such a specimen only exists in the imagination of sad photographers and ageing lyricists.
Alternative title "Tree-ptych"
Good presentation David. It works very well.

pm me on how u do the image like that, absolutely love it
Works wonderfully as a triptych, but I'm wondering if it might be fun to swap the order around too... Not sure if it would work, just an idea.
Moira
The presentation works really well - much more impact than a single image. John
