This bought back some memories of a visit to RAF Aldergrove in 1959 when I had an oportunity of a metorlogical flight in a similar plane

Thanks all, for your comments, much appreciated. Re colour - couldn't afford much in the way of colour stock in the 50s with the savage price of Kodachrome at that time. Was FP3 or nothing.

Regards....Pat.

Thanks Mavis - appreciate your comments and will make good use of the 'bragging rights'. Must make the effort to drag some more 'oldies' from tha back of the cupboard.
Regards.....Pat.
