A whistlestop trip last Wednesday afternoon saw Chris, Teresa, Petra, the Rug and myself at the Fairy Pools on Skye... a wonderful place and I just wish we had more time this trip to stay there. There was a lot less water in the cascades this year despite all the melting snow coming down off the Cuillin Mountains..

It's well worth the slogg across the moor and up that path, and then you do it in reverse to get back to the car... knackered, but happy.

Dougie I always find that last slog up to the car park on the way back the worst bit.. lol! Was better this year than last year though.. must be getting fitter
