We went for a short walk yesterday up to Nose's Point in Seaham, County Durham. This is the view out from the cliffs above the Blast Beach and over the North Sea to Hartlepool in the distance. A short walk you say? Yes .... it was flipping freezing!!!
I hope you are all keeping well and warm ... roll on the Spring!!
Carol
Ps: I was trying out my new Nikon 55-200mm zoom lens on this one!

Quote: A lovely view and I'll bet it felt good to get home again.
Blast Beach sounds a strange name.

The name comes from the time when coal was mined under the sea here - my husband actually worked in that mine!!
A lovely capture, Carol, well worth venturing out in the cold for! ![]()

Blast Beach, blasted cold by the look of it. The tanker is perfectly placed, Carol.
