After comments regards yesterday's image i thought it might prove interesting to put another forward - this time with no cropping of the hair / head..

But of course another potential taboo here in that there is diffused foreground, some of which even has the nerve to partially cover the subject.

Some will absolutely hate the image due to this - and do please say so, i have no issues with personal judgements etc

Others may share my own opinion that a model's portfolio, or a wedding album etc, should offer a variety of styles and ideas and not just the staid.

I like this more than the other days.
In my mind think thighter cropwould work better.
Just a little off the front..
There a little to much green...
Very nice eyes I do like DOF...
Well taken teacher...

thanks Dave, my own reason for not taking any off the front is that this would effect the composition and place the model to the right of the image.. even thought she is facing camera, her body is facing right so (to me) she needs more "talk space" to right than left...

if anything, i did contemplate a little off the back, but there is not much beyond the hair... am going to find yet another challenging one today that seemingly breaks the composition rules but for a reason
