Skies were a bit too clear for my liking over the weekend ... didn't stop the camera coming out though ![]()
Cheers for your time and persistence with the previous uploads too.
Busy, busy, busy ... will catch up when I can.

Have to agree with h4rsx's comment: wonderful sweep of this part of the countryside with both limestone pavement, escarpment and gorge........jammed packed with geological/erosive features as well as pleasing elements photographically.
Ronnie.
(PS.....on reading back my comment I realise it's not very sound grammatically, but you know what I mean.....R)
Cheers Harsh ... glad you like it ... that gorge is a cracker isn't it? Composed this the week before with Tom, but had no light so went back again on Sunday and waited. Will keep going back until I get the killer conditions I think this spot deserves!!!
LOL @ Ronnie ... perfect sense sir ![]()
Possibly Ron ... like to think I have better, but may still throw it in for a 'wildcard' ![]()
Big thanks all for your time, much appreciated guys!!!
Paul
Oh for a little of that light the week before.
Will be back.
Nice one mate.
Tom.
And this is the reason I try and get my shots up before you! If you cannot be best, be first. ![]()
What a beauty.
The light on the pavement and the detail is lovely, but I am particularly liking that line of river in the distance. It just finishes off the feel of depth covering at your feet to the horizon and everything in between.
Who needs clouds.
Neil
That's a classy bit of photography Mr S. Top work.
Alun
LOL ... it was always first up best dressed when we were kids back home, so I can fully empathise with that philosophy Neil ... not that I agree with your comment though as the shots that you have uploaded so far are rather nice!!!
Helps being tall too to get the separation from the upper pavement to the low lying stream. As I've said before, one of these days the planets will align and the weather gods will deem me suitable for some great conditions here ... fingers crossed ![]()
Thanks too Alun ... slightly more understated this one!!!
Cheers guys,
Paul
