I think thats just about the sharpest we have seen. Cheating using a real telescope though

Excellent capture, it sure was a wonderful view with that lovely clear night sky.
I knew my camera would not have picked up so much detail like you have achieved, well done.

Excellent capture and showing the moon's spherical shape as opposed to simply a disc of light.

Do you have a wider view showing the adjacent stars?

I have to admit this made me say ooooooooooooooh! out loud.
Very, very impressive.
I showed this to my better half, and also how you achieved it, his comment " If ye huvnae got the wool, ye canny knit"
Next on my wish list (apart from a DSLR)is a telescope!!!
