I have no idea what damselfly this is but we get quite a lot of them in the garden late summer through to December.
Canon 100mm macro, 1/50sec, f9, iso 250, tripod, remote, mirror lockup.

Nice definition, and you've got the thing square to the sensor which helps get the whole insect sharp, however I feel that it is a little tight in the frame at the rear end! Wink
