O fim de tarde em Sergipe tem uma luz maravilhosa, intensa, porém sem brilho excessivo. A textura da luz é suave, se é que luz tem textura.
A cor do rio muda conforme a tarde avança.
O desafio é capturar a cor, a textura, a suavidade da luz, a brisa, ooops viajei na maionese.

The late afternoon light in Sergipe has a wonderful, intense, but without excessive glare. The light texture is smooth, if it has light texture.
The color of the river changes as the evening progresses.
The challenge is to capture the color, the texture, the softness of the light, the breeze, ooops flew into mayonnaise.

You may have a lot of blue, but what is the subject? I'm sorry, theres nothing actually in the image to focus the eye on. You must have something to hold the composition.

Nothing there other than a horizon which is desperately in need of levelling. Such pictures need a subject like a yacht or a boat to be a focal point.

It reminds me of Loch Ness while you are waiting for the monster to appear, just nothing to look at, so agree with all above comments.
Keep clicking.
