The tree on the limestone pavement above the pretty village of Malham in the Yorkshire Dales National Park, in the UK. Taken 40 minutes before sunset when we were blessed with some wonderful clouds and colour.

The image was taken yesterday when I spent the day in the Dales with Chris, Angie, Dougie and Mark who were staying with me for the weekend. A fine weekend it has been too... my diet went to pot but it was worth every calorie Smile

Martin we were lucky - it was clear blue skies in the morning. And today it was lovely at sunrise here though the rest of the day, bar about half hour this afternoon, was poor here too.
