A promising start to an early morning sunrise at Loch Garten then went very flat as the clouds rolled in. Loch Mallachie lies nearby with this stand of trees in the water. I was pleasantly surprised at the colour the ND110 filter found in the clouds.

The palette, reflections and smoothness of the loch are super - just not terribly sure about the watermark, though - perhaps a wee bit smaller might work better for me Smile

Fran comments are spot on, the watermark does spoil the image a little, but the overall standard of the image is superb... wonderful work.

I agree with all the watermark comments thanks. I do make them smaller now but forgot to check this one before posting. A mate on Facebook had had his photos ripped off and advocated going with large marks. Sloppy quality control on my part as I could have re-edited if I'd checked before posting. :-(
