Out first thing this morning with Mr Levers and Mr West for a sunrise on Mam Tor. It ended up being a glorious photo session in great company.

thanks Fran, glad you think it's alright ![]()
Very nice. You got the light we were looking at while trying to get the car out of a snow drift!! ![]()
Quote: No footprints!,
it took some doing Mike!
Some better light than this to come aswell Paul ![]()
I have an aversion to working full stop Fran, but unfortunately have to do it sometimes.
Oh dear Phil [jeanie's right though!]
thanks everyone ![]()
It's been many years since i was last in this area and Mam Tor holds many memories for me
Brilliant shot
Christopher
Hi Rich - marvellous image and I know exactly where you are standing for this one. Nice leading lines etc. and an excellent viewpoint.
Cheers, Ian.
I did have to do the 'photographers mad run' to get to this spot Ian, it all happened a bit too quick but I knew where I wanted to be luckily
it was a cracking morning.....still laughing about your 'rug' ![]()
hows yours turned out without the W/A?
I was up there myself saturday morning, got a very similar shot to this one. I'll give it a few days! That was a spectacular morning and you've pulled a superb shot out of the bag with this one.
Graham
I wish I'd come back with something this good - sorry I missed you guys - but wasn't it super up there? Lovely, lovely light - can't wait to see the rest... ![]()
thanks everyone.
Where abouts were you then Graham, at the trig point?
Good to meet you too Chris, hope you managed some shots later on ![]()
It was a cracker Martin
You've done well to catch the texture in the snow. Nice to see a shot that doesn't rely on the footpath.
Fran
