Three Man Orchids with a little Spider Guest, taken at Monkton Nature reserve, a few Months back.

I used a 500mm lens and extension tubes, the result is all in camera (low angle, distant background and low foreground grass to create the blur at the bottom).

Thanks for looking and many thanks for comments and votes on my previous pic, it's much appreciated, cheers!Smile

So pretty, Steve!
The spider is so pretty, it was like posing for you!
The matching colors...so pretty!

Three tiny orchids and guest plus web filaments all in tight focus: jolly well done.
And so beautifully presented with the fading out at the foot of the frame.
Ronnie.

Wonderful dreamy, diffused light, Steve. Super detail of the orchid flowers and dainty little "guest" with its delicate filigree web.

Excellent use of that technique Steve - lighting and detail to die for...
