A rare marsh fritillary butterfly feeding on a dandelion at Strawberry Banks nature reserve in Chalford near Stroud, Glos. This shot was taken last May when this species had a bumper year, sadly I do not think they have done so well this time. I will endeavour to catch up with what you've all been up to over the last week or so now that i've a few days holiday. I hope the clicks will fly in for this one!
