I'm getting there. Probably the closest I've been to this magnificent bird over the reedbeds of Leighton Moss. I haven't finished yet because I need to get even closer. I will continue to return to the reserve in an attempt to get a really close 'landing' shot of this bird. It is a quest and may take me some time but I will get there with my modest equipment. . This is one of only two Harriers which wintered over this season due to the mild winter.
