Brilliant composition. I love the sweeping graphic blue arc and the sharpness of the shadow on the white wall. The colours work really well. Click.
I'm trying to guess where you are. Is it the ferry port?
Brilliant creative idea Eric!
Love the saturated colours and composition!
Brilliantly original idea Eric, everything works so well, very well done.

Many thanks for all the good feedback, folks. Yes Kevin, taken with my back to the Mersey Ferry departure ramp. The porthole like windows of the ticket office are highly reflective.
Great to hear from so many people. Thanks again all. ![]()
Thanks Mavis, no the shadow was really there, it's a straight image.
Good composition, nicely captured, perhaps the reflected part would probably have benefitted from lightening a tad but a super image. You did well to spot the potential, good work, I like it.
I did think that was two fingers in the shadow but I now see it's three ;o)
Thanks Brian. I did lighten my head a bit, but decided to leave the rest of the reflection because it concentrated the viewer's eye more on the main subject, I felt. I'm glad everybody didn't miscount the number of fingers, or I'm sure the comments would have been far ruder! ![]()
