In a situation like this Gwynn you should use a tripod as you have very bad camera shake, the aperture is also too shallow f2, it should be at least f8 or more to get detail throughout, the high ISO will also create noise, so a cheap tripod would allow slower shutter speed, larger aperture ISO at 100 and camera held steady, once you get used to using a tripod it becomes second nature.
