Any body like to sugest software to remove the legs?

Yep!

I used the clone tool, it shows because I did it quickly, take your time if you want to do it properly, but I could have cut and pasted bits from the RHS (there's plenty of room) and tidied it up afterwards.
I used CS6 but any editor with the above tools would have sufficed.

Yes, you must clean up that background and the clone tool is in all image editing software and is quite easy to use. Clone a bit at a time - don't try and do it in huge lumps.

Otherwise a nice shot - I prefer my MX-5 too.
