Hi James and welcome to Epz.
Good to see you uploading to the critique gallery. You'll get plenty of good, honest advice in here.
This is pretty good for a first attempt. It's reasonably well focused and you've certainly caught the action.
It's a bit dark, possibly underexposed slightly and the flash is reflected on the milk.
My only other niggle is that it's cropped very tightly across the top.
