The viewpoint you've taken this from is brilliant, and that sinister figure at the front of the car is excellent. I'd liked to have seen just something in sharp focus, even if it was something tiny that the eye could use as a starting point, like a spoke of the closest wheel, and then explore out into the rest of the shapes and textures. I know you're going for the deliberate unfocussed look (at least I presume so, looking at your tags) but my eyesight's bad enough already! Having said that it's a different view of an everyday subject, so thumbs up for that one Smile

Thank you for your nice words, they're much appreciated.
Of course it wasn't a deliberate unfocussed, I was going for a tiny sharp focus wherever, but it didn't happen. That's because I didn't looked through the camera (I took the shot as I was walking with my camera on my waist and I ducked a bit). And the lens is an old 2.8 28mm which doesn't of course autofocus on my dslr. So, to sum up, I didn't manually focus, the camera didn't autofocus and I ended up with this...

Well, in that case ... huge thumbs up for a very creative image! Sometimes it's good to break rules (intentionally or otherwise) and see what you get Grin

Interesting viewpoint - almost like you've just been knocked down by a Mini.
I like the picture.

As a stand alone image i would prefer to see at least some point in focus.
However, it does remind me of campaigns promoting (!) car crime where a shadowy impression of a car thief is the background image to, for example, the crimestoppers phone number.

If it is a 28mm f2.8 Nikkor AIS it's not just a old lens, but highly ratedSmile
