Thought it was about time I uploaded a near normal image. No messing around with this one just good old frozen Scottish Highlands scenery.
Still up to my eyes in boxes and a nasty cold.

Great DOF from the frosty foreground to the snowy background.

I feel cold just looking at it, great picture of one of my favourite parts of the country.

Havn't lost the wonderful touch to process a great image without any huge embelishmants. Lovely crisp detail and a nicely handled sky.
For me this is very good my friend.

A very beautiful wintery scene, Phil, and having been up there and done that, I can appreciate now the coldness more. Really enjoyed my break up in Strathpeffer...and the snow was a bonus! Great, too, to meet both you and Sue.
All the best for 2010,
TrevB Smile

great image, super foreground - was in the highlands myself the other week with a rotten cold - a hip flask of scotch with a double dose of night nurse normally does the trick
