I am not sure if this is the effect you were after or not, but (in my honest opinion) I feel this is a little too blurry. As I've said, it may be the effect you were after, if that's the case then that's fine! Smile

I really like the concept and composition. I also like the format you've chosen to display it in. Smile

The format, composition and stark almost-black-&-white make this photograph stand out from the page. As Karen has said, it is undeniably blurred, so much so that a clear double image is visible in places. I'm assuming that the effect was intentional; it won't be universally popular, though it appeals to me very much.

Unlike so many photographs it makes the viewer think, a big plus in my books. It reminds me of an artistic fashion from the pre-digital era of taking a Polaroid picture (instant print) and modifying the print surface with a comb or other sharp object before it dried.

I love the surreal in any form; your photo is strongly surreal!

Thanks for the encouragement, to everyone who comments! Grin the affect was intentional Smile i stood in front of my mirror- slow shutter speed, then jogged the camera as it took the photo. Grin i am quite pleased with this image Grin thanks all.
