I like the shot: exposure, crop, subject's pose and expression. It could be worth trying a slightly higer camera position, but still maintaining a head and shoulders portrait in the mirror reflection. Darkening the left hand side image of the subject, with selective dodging, should place more emphasis on the portrait in the mirror.
