Hey folks.
Not been online for a week, been otherwise preoccupied. Thank you to all that voted on last upload. Also want to apologise for just clicks and votes today and no comments. Hope all are well and promise to leave comments in the next wee while.

Well as you can see, back to cat pics. Haven't been able to get any great shots this week so have to make do with what i did get. This was just on programme mode with cropping and slight tweak with photoshop on exposure and the black and white Hope you like. As always all comments welcome. Smile Thanks for looking. Smile

Lou

I cut my photographic teeth on black and white and it always has a certain something about it. The late Lord Lichfield once described it as, 'Colour describes; black and white reveals.' I think he had a point. Colour can sometimes just be too pretty and the starkness of a contrasty black and white image brings out a whole new dimension. That, coupled with the unusual, top-heavy composition, makes for an interesting picture, Louise.

Interesting images, Torn between V1 and V2 as they both have something in thier own right.

But if I had to choose it would have to be V1 the mono, Black & white adds a whole different dimension to the shadow too, Well spooky.....Grin

That quote of davewaine's was very interesting - I tried to keep that in mind looking at these photos. They are all lovely and I just can't pick whether I prefer the mono or color. I think I'd have to go with v3 but it's hard to choose - all great.

V3 for me Louise, despite Davewaines comment I just can't get my head around b&w images. Lovely set anyway.
