I really like this shot, and would agree that the red/black contrast creates a striking image.
The *only* thing that I thought was that the skintones could be brighter, as this would also enhance the contrast between the reds and the model's skintones.
Once I had downloaded the image, I made some other minor adjustments.
The diagonal composition adds interest and some drama enhancing the use of strong red and black colours. There's not much to do to improve this (as arhb has said). the pose is fine, too. There is a strong reflection off her one thumbnail which is easily fixed, and I notice it now, but really that's such a minor point.
Nice design element to this, and considering the size of the set, it's well lit. As with a lot of these things, details spoil it, such as the creases in the cloth. A few reflectors around would even out the illumination on her skin, though it isn't a biggie.
I think a slightly more dramatic angle would help too, and the mod addresses this.

I shall congratulate you for your picture. Especially I would like to emphasize the beauty of the symmetrical antithesis of the arms. It shows either your knowledge or hers in posing. I have a tiny remark to make about the capacities of the viewfinders (your camera is one of the first attempts of Pentax in the digital world and I am not sure if it had live view, I remember as a feature it had started with Olympus) to display 100% of the picture. I feel saddened by the fact that the bottom right corner of the furniture has been missed, while there is space from the top which could have been given. I shall also congratulate you for having the focusing spot on.
