Apologies folks, yesterdays shot wasn't my last ... I felt I couldn't make my last shot one from earlier in the year, so this is from Sunday afternoons swift trip to New Brighton to try out my new Lee filters 
We drove through some great light on the way there and as soon as I put my tripod down ready to set up ... the sun disappeared and never re-emerged 
Anyway, on a brighter note, we got to meet another EPZ'er here - Pavol [d3looo] - great to meet you at last. Not necessarily my best shot of the year, but the last one I'll take before the festivities, so it gets an airing. Converted to mono in PS using Channel Mixer and toned using a Gradient Map. I will put the colour original in the variants.
Once again, have a great time and all the very best for Christmas & 2009 too
