What to say - a fine shot of the moon.

I think this is a very good and detailed moon shot.

What I did in the mod was to try and bring out the detail more by boosting the mid-tone contrast and sharpening.

Before this stage I reduced the green/magenta noise artifacts ( these can be seen in the moon's 'seas'. ) by desaturating those colours using curves.

Alan.

Welcome to EPZ Vojislav.

This is a nice Moon shot, - very slightly overexposed, but with good detail.

next time you upload, include the exif details, so we can give better feedback.

I would suggest that you allow more space around the Moon when cropping, - it just looks better, - and in the mod I have sharpened, reduced overall exposure on the left, and increased mid tone contrast.

When you re size for uploading, - open the new image and check for sharpness. Some images will lose detail with compression, and if it has, just apply some sharpening to the new image then upload.

Hope this helps,

Regards

Willie

a great shot i know just how difficult it can be getting a great image of the moon.
All i did with my mod was sharpen and tone down the glare to get back the detail in the moon then added a touch of warmth, that's it.

hope this helps but to be fair its a great image that needed little doing and it was easy to do.

Kind regards

Ian
