Vitara 4x4 by moonlight on Dartmoor.
The large glow in the background is probably the prison, and the small rocket on the skyline is a transmisson tower with the room at the bottom lit up.
Exposure about 5 minutes at f/5.6

Camera:Rolleiflex T
Lens:75mm Tessar
Recording media:provia 400

Pretty sure. The camera is entirely manual, no electronics. There is an extension lead fitted to the shutter release with a catch on it so the shutter stays open until I go back and release it. Meantime I have a cup of tea from a flask - its very cold on a clear night - and watch the clock. The camera is on a tripod of course. I keep notes to learn from - theres no exif data! See this one too.
And this is one of my first monlight photos. You can get an idea of the exposure times by the length of star trails in these pictures.
You can do this with electronic film cameras, but you should start with a fresh battery, and the remote release will cost more. Digital cameras might need a different technique as they get noise from long exposures.
