Another from this mini series...at last,I got hold of a fabulous, old wooden train !
It belongs to my Father-in-Law who was 4 years old when he first saw his Father (he had been away fighting the 2nd World War),the train was the gift the Father brought back for his Son....so much treasured ![]()
The marbles were from a Christmas cracker & the wooden bricks belonged to my Brother.
Lit with one small lightbox ( no daylight today
)
Faffed with in Photoshop.
Thanks for taking the time to look/comment.
May I wish you all a very happy & prosperous New Year !
Janet xx

Lol Dave,I thought I had done enough with the Teddy etc...I need 4 of these for a competition panel for 2013 so whilst they need to tell a story & have a link I have to be careful that they aren't repetative & samey.
Ha...I'm always good...or so my Mum tells me ![]()
Thanks everyone.

A really lovely still life Janet. Really great objects that you obviously took time to acquire and arrange. Highly accomplished 'faffing' as well.
Derek
I just wish my still life`s were as good as yours. You get a lovely `feel` to your images with the textured backgrounds. I have tried it but cannot get anywhere near your quality. As my old teacher used to say `must try harder`.

Thanks all.
Dave,I knew someone would mention losing my marbles..yep,it had to be you
I will use it for the next one which is similar but different.
Keep going at it Roger, you will get where you want to be in the end,it's a long climb !
HYN folks !!
