I see that this is the second dandelion that you have uploaded, and am pleased to see that you have worked on the advice given previously, using a square format (well, almost, a crop to the top would do it) and having the whole of your dandelion in the frame. It's also nice that you have included a bit of the stem.
Your background is nicely blurred, although it would be better not to have the background broken up (sky and grass), so it's worth composing your shot with a background of completely sky or completely grass.
The dew is obvious, but could be enhanced with a little sharpening. If you haven't done so, always sharpen after resizing for the site. A little flash at the time of shooting can also help to highlight the dewdrops, but you'd need to control it so that it doesn't burn out the whites of you seedheads.
Overall, I think you have done well, and have chosen a good subject.
There are times when flower photographers use their own backgrounds, taking some coloured card and/or material to place behind their chosen subject. Some of the best dandelion seedhead shots have black backgrounds, simply because the delicate white spikes stand out so well against black. The alternative is to pick one and take it home for a photoshoot, setting it against a background of your choice.
Pamela.

That's better!
I think that Pamela's just about summed it up.
As Pamela has said, it's good to see that you've taken on board, the advice that was offered. It's obviously worked!
Well done.
Bren.
I am glad you took my advice on board (All of the 'clock' within the frame and a square crop). this is much better.
One more little tweak I feel, just allow a little bit more space all round as I find the 'clock' just a tad tight in the frame and if you could have made the background all the same material and colour that would also help.
